In July 2021, Magal had been stuck at the same annual sales figure for three years, largely due to outdated marketing systems and a lack of fresh creative content.

The Early Christmas sale was a major success. We launched the campaign 90 days before Christmas, addressing customer concerns about shipping delays from the previous year. Customers responded by buying multiple pieces per order for gifts.

We also launched a 3-week Black Friday sale and celebrated the brand’s 5th anniversary with daily deals.
