Client Overview:
A premium manufacturer car seat–stroller brand that sells strollers, tricycles, and parenting accessories. Their strollers are priced at around $500 and sold worldwide.
Challenge:
In 2018, the client was selling in 50 countries through distributors, with the majority of U.S. sales happening online. As their U.S. distribution contract was expiring, they needed to transition to direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales while maintaining strong relationships with retailers. Also, we needed to work around clock to have the website ready by year-end.
